What should I do if my MasterCard® Debit or Credit Card is lost or stolen?

Contact the Member Access Center at 281.479.3441.

You can also block your Mastercard® Debit card by using the Openland CU Mobile Banking App. Simply sign in, access your account and choose Card Services. Select the card you wish to block, and either deactivate the card or mark it as lost.

Easily manage your accounts and quickly identify potentially fraudulent transactions by signing up to receive automated Fraud Alerts to your mobile device any time account activity is detected.
