1$50 Bonus/Account Information: Must be ISD employee at time of opening to qualify for $50 incentive. To receive the bonus: 1) open a required savings account with minimum balance of $1 and a new Openland checking account, which is subject to approval; 2) receive a Mastercard debit card, subject to approval; AND 3) use the debit card three times within the first month of account opening. After the above requirements have been completed, the $50 bonus deposit will be made within five business days. Bonus cannot be used as the opening deposit. Bonus is considered interest and will be reported on IRS Form 1099-INT. Recipient responsible for tax consequences, if any. Maximum of one checking account per household eligible for bonus offer. 2Qualifying Transactions are signature based debit card transactions of $5.00 or more not including ATM withdrawals. Selected organizations receives ten cents for all eligible Mascot Debit Card transactions in the amount of $5.00 or more. Members age 12-17 may have a Mascot Debit Card with a parent or legal guardian who is joint to the Share Draft (checking) account and has signed the Electronic Funds Transfer form. Students under the age of 12 not eligible for Mascot Debit Card.
