Your deposits are insured up to $500,000 per member. This represents is the highest level of federal and private account protection available. This coverage is provided by the NCUA, an independent agency of the United States Government, and through ESI (Excess Share Insurance).
Have peace of mind knowing you aren't responsible for unauthorized transactions. As a Mastercard cardholder, Zero Liability applies to your purchases made in the store, over the telephone, online, or via a mobile device and ATM transactions.
Contact us as soon as possible if you discover that your debit card has been lost or stolen. Your maximum liability under federal law is $50 if you notify your bank within two business days after learning of the loss or theft of your card.
Openland works with fraud protection services to continuously monitor your credit and debit cards. This service is free to members and helps identify and prevent fraudulent transactions. If any transaction occurs on your card that is unusual or outside of your normal spending patterns, it may prompt us to contact you to confirm the transaction.
